In implementing courses and programs for seafarers and cadets, the IMMAJ-PJMCC Foundation, Inc. formed partnerships with eight (8) maritime training providers. These institutions were identified because they have the capability to administer, operate and maintain various training courses and have a ready pool of qualified instructors.
