The All Japan Seaman’s Union (JSU) and the International Mariners Management Association of Japan (IMMAJ) hosted a luncheon in honor of their scholars from the graduating cadets of the Maritime Academy of Asia and the Pacific (MAAP) Class 2015 at the Mess Hall of the Capt. Gregorio S. Oca building, MAAP, Mariveles, Bataan after their graduation ceremony last May 23, 2015.

The program started with the acknowledgement of guests and sponsor’s representatives.  Philippine-Japan Manning Consultative Council (PJMCC) President, Mr. Eduardo U. Manese and IMMAJ Chairman, Capt. Masami Sasaki shared their welcome messages to the graduates and their families.

A buffet lunch was served to the graduates and their guests.  After which, the Awarding of Graduates with Honors was held at the resumption of the program.  A speech was given by a cadet on behalf of the graduates.   PJMCC Vice President Capt. Teodoro B. Quijano gave his Closing Remarks and wished the graduates well.  As with the tradition, the giving of gifts and tokens by the sponsors closed the program.
