The International Mariners Management Association of Japan (IMMAJ) and the Philippine-Japan Manning Consultative Council (PJMCC) hosted a luncheon in honor of their scholars representing the graduating cadets from the 2nd Batch of Class 2015 from the Maritime Academy of Asia and the Pacific (MAAP).   The customary luncheon was held at the Mess Hall of the Capt. Gregorio S. Oca building, MAAP, Mariveles, Bataan after their graduation ceremony last December 4, 2015.

The proceedings started with IMMJ-PJMCC Foundation, Inc. IMMAJ Manila Representative Capt. Yasuteru Shigeta then took to the stage to give his Inspirational Message to the graduates.  He congratulated them and thanked their parents for their sacrifices.  He reminded the graduates that their graduation is the beginning of their new career and that they should look forward to excelling in their chosen career.

PJMCC Trustee, Capt. Juanito G. Salvatierra, Jr. gave his best wishes and shared his thoughts to the graduates.  He emphasized the importance of their loyalty to the principals who have invested in their future.   He reminds the young men not to forget the trust and faith that the Japanese principals had given to them; and that a good way of repaying their kindness is by being loyal to their Japanese sponsors.
