The PJMTM is a training organization duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on 11 July 2012. The center was conceptualized by a group of serious and dedicated maritime practitioners who agreed to team up and work seriously together towards a common goal of contributing to the safety of life and property at sea through quality training. PJMTM’s first undertaking is to partner with the IMMAJ-PJMCC Foundation, Inc. in the provision of quality type-specific ECDIS training for officers boarding Japanese managed ships.
