The International Mariners Management Association of Japan-Philippine-Japan Manning Consultative Council (IMMAJ-PJMCC) Foundation Inc. conducted a training course for assessors known as IMO Model Course 3.12 from July 18-29, 2016 at JSU-AMOSUP Mariner’s Home 1765 Vasquez St. corner Nakpil, Malate, Manila.

The cadets of Maritime Academy of Asia and the Pacific (MAAP) Class of ¬2020 were welcomed by their Japanese sponsors from the International Mariners Management Association of Japan (IMMAJ) last July 5, 2016 at MAAP JSU-IMMAJ Campus, Mariveles, Bataan. The IMMAJ scholars of the MAAP class of 2020 is composed 53 engine cadets and 107 engine cadets.

The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) through the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) recognized the International Mariners Management Association of Japan (IMMAJ), Philippine-Japan Manning Consultative Council Inc. (PJMCC) and Japanese Shipowners’ Association (JSA) as their maritime social partners in a ceremony last June 22, 2016 at the Manila Hotel, One Rizal Park, Manila.

Gregorio S. Oca building, MAAP Campus, Mariveles, Bataan after their graduation ceremony last May 28, 2016.
