After the Maritime Academy of Asia and the Pacific (MAAP) held graduation rites for the second batch of the Dracarheas Class of 2022, the International Mariners’ Management Association of Japan (IMMAJ) and Philippine-Japan Manning Consultative Council (PJMCC), through the IMMAJ-PJMCC Foundation, Inc., hosted a celebratory luncheon at the Mess Hall of the Capt.
